When we originally bought our vehicle we were excited about the warranty and were not expecting all the issues we have experienced this far! We purchased our vehicle February with 16 miles and now almost two years later we have had problems with this car since about the second month after our purchase.

We pay all payments on time and have never been late. Our first complaint started with our transmisiion and we have been told ever since they can't find anything. Then we started hearing popping and whirring that sounded as if the undercarriage was coming apart.

Again we were told the problems never existed here it is August a Year and a half later and they still are telling us there isn't a problem and we need an appointment however we make the ealry bird appointments and get there only to find out they scratched out our name (which I have witnessed on one occasion) and said to reschedule.

Now after contacting consumer affairs through a lawyer, we were told none of our complaints existed, since we are an enlisted military non officer family, we have no extra money to just throw around so we use the base legal lawyers.

The consumer affairs office has cursed us and told us that it's all our fault they don't have parts and we should just pretty much shut up. We then asked what we are supposed to do when we get in a wreck because of the problem and the reply was to speak to our insurance company. We found out it's goinmg to be our fault.

During all the times dealing with Kia we have only spoken with one gentleman that was worth speaking with and even acknowledged us as human beings. As a companmy their reps shouldn't worry about their pocket change but our protection.

Being on a militasry installation we have shown many friends the outcome of dealing with KIA that none of them have purchased a KIA as a new car and we tell everyone even if they aren't friends. Word of mouth is strong and I refuse to let this rip off company do this to everyone else!

By the way, I have four witnesses now to our problems, the towing compaby who has now towed our car 2 of the 3 times and heard the problem alongside of two neighbors today when coming to pick up the car. The other issue is you should offer a loaner car not $4 a day for a rental. They want to tow my car to the next dealer which is 3 hours away if this dealer can't fix it and then expect us to go pick it up instead of towing it back!

What a Joke! I will never buy anything from a KIA dealer again and my wifes Radio job no longer runs commercials for Kia. If you know what is best for you you want trust KIA with your safety or that of your families, I would rather drive my family around in a 20 year old Volvo with mechanical problems up the ying yang because no matter what I know they would be safer!

This cars "cheap" price and "great warranty" really show through so well that it eve amazes us! The irony is we can't even sell this car and we have tried! We owe $18k and it's only worth around $12k when it was bought we paid $26k and the sad part is with all the employee discounts going on we actually could of gotten a great car worth the price because of the quality.

Do yourself a favor don't buy a KIA the dealerships and company itself are very shady and not worth the hastle or payments!
