Ripoff, unproffessional, rude, fraudulant claims sacramento california

My first truck payment was due to this company on 7.30.05 i made arrangemnts to pay today. (payday) i was contacted 7 times in regards to payment. I requested to speak to my acct manager and put my request in writing i want no more calls

I was told they will not give me a single piece of paper to write a letter to them that they requested. I was also told by the collection manager diane that since i req cease & desist i cannot be 1 day late or my truck will be out for repo

After a few choice words and after explaing i also am a collection supervisor and have been for 8 years she seemed to calm down a little but still was extremely rude and unproffessional. If your thinking about getting finance through these people, do yourself a favor and DONT!!!
