I had my car repo from my job 1/31/08 for 285.00 late payment in january i also made a 265.00 payment in december and owed 20.00 called the company and they told me that they came to a decision that they no longer wanted to work with me becaue i had a previous repo back in nov 06 i spoke to melissa she sd that i have to pay 4000 by the feb 15,08 ask to speak to someone else. Then i spoke to elizabeth she sd that she tlk to her manager and he told her i had to pay 2000 by feb 15 and that wil carry up until may told her that if i had that much money i would not be talk to her right now. I also explain to them that i fax over a cease and desist letter back in 07 for them not to call my job and howard hornbeck said that doesn't applied to them, and then i told him that even though i spoke to david aka rodrigo on 1/30/08 he called my work he turn around and call my references. On the same day after we hung up... And i also told him that i would send in the 20.00$ for december and make the rest of the payment for janurary friday 2/1/08 but my care was repo 1/31/08 which it was even 30 days behind.
