Minipocketrockets.com Or Accessories Online They refuse to exchange, refund, or fix the defective merchandise they sent me

I placed an order from www.minipocketrockets.com or a.K. A Accessories Online Inc. For a mini pocket rocket motorcycle.

I recieved the shipment 3 days late and the day after i got it the tire went flat. The users manual that I recieved with the merchandise wasn't descriptive as to what to do to set it up. It more-than-less left you guessing. Now that i see that their merchandise is crap i wanted to send it back for a refund. However, I came to find out that their warranty is only good as long the merchandise had never been used. Which leaves me to ask just how you are suppose to know it dosn't work if you don't use it? I advise everyone not to purcjase anything from the for mentioned company.
