Extremely misleading & dishonest fraudulent billing & repair, employee named carlos conned me into getting overpriced repair work i did not authorize and forced me pay for it, ripoff california

This fraudulent and unethical company charged me $411.33 for automotive repairs I did not authorize. On May 25 I visited this dealership for an estimate on repairing my breaks and an electrical problem.
The service employee named Carlos misled me to believe that the repairs I needed were free under warranty. He never stated or made it clear that repair would be done on my vehicle and it would cost $411.33.
I received a phone call from Carlos approximately three hours after I left my vehicle for a repair estimate. Carlos stated that repair work had already been done on my car and the total charges would be $411.33. I never authorized for repair to be done on my car. I signed no papers authorizing this company to do any repair work that costs money.
Carlos even deceived me by asking what my birthday was, and as a result, he used the information to forge my authorization for repair work. He did not state that my birthday would be used to authorize repair work.
I was forced to pay the $411.33 for the unauthorized repair on my vehicle to be allowed to take my car. The company refused to admit they were extremely misleading, deceptive, and forged my authorization for $411.33 of repair work.
They also refused to give me my vehicle unless I paid the $411.33 or issue me a refund for the fraudulent charges they made.
I was completely given the wrong impression about how much repair work would cost and was told how much repair would cost until after the work was already completed. The service is deplorable and the workers are very deceitful.
South Bay Power Hyundai would also not let me speak with the service manager Steve Brodkin the day they ripped me off. I spoke to him on a let date but the matter was not resplved and I didn't get a refund.
