Ripoff, sold me a defective car that broke down in two weeks and want to make me pay for repairs in order to trade it in

I bought a car from them that would not start. They put a new battery in it but after driving in it for 2 weeks it would not start. They have a policy where you can switch cars within 30 days of purchase but they wont switch it until I pay for all repairs. As of this report they said it had a bad started in it that I am liable to pay for before they will switch it. The Car has to be saleable before they will switch it, it at all. They are constantly giving me the run around and changing theier story.
