My wife's ignition switch on her car got stuck on a Sunday at her place of employement. We called LARRY 's emergency-help no. The kid on the phone told us the charges to help us on the week-end were quite high. He stated that if we could wait untill Mon. It would be considerably cheaper. We left the car, and got a ride home with a promise of response first thing (8 A.M.)

Mon came and after several call from wife we finally got repairs done after dark. We had to take a cab 7 miles back to location of the car only to find the ignition collar for the switch was damage beyond repair. It would start, but the whole outside of switch assembly was broken and missing. On top of this we still had to pay the week-end"emergency" rate, which is double the norm.

When we contacted the business-owner Larry, he first said he would replace the part if we bought from him. We weren't happy about it, but agreed. (28.00) When the part came in we returned, and "Lil-Larry" denied the whole problem and told the wife she was trying to make a new car out of a 3 yr. Old junker. He wanted us to pay another 175.00 in addition to the 176.00 we had alread paid.

All this for a sticky ignition switch!!! Needless to say, we couldn't afford two repairs for one instance, so she is still driving with a hole in the column. THANKS to Macomb Lock in Roseville WTF!!!
