High charge, didn't hold reservation twice Ripoff

I had a ball hitch installed. The final charge of $350 was much higher than original quote of $170! They claimed to have had to drill an extra hole so extra labor was involved; $180 worth! Plus they didn't hold my reservation of a car dolly for the next day. "Oh, it was never put into the computer, " they told me. Of course this had to happen on a holiday and the only day I had to tow my car!

I've written to the headquarters, but haven't heard back, it's been 1 1/2 weeks. Once in GA moving to NJ I reserved a trailer, they didn't have one when I went to pick it up! What's up with U-Haul???
