Ripoff, dishonet misleading claims bad service shoty work

I took my Dodge there for a normal 30,000 mile service on Wednesday morning. It took them till Friday afternoon to give it back to me.in the mean time I had to call them, they never called me. When I picked up the car, it was not washed, the car had a funny feel to it. Took it back, they said no was there to look at it. Took it to a local mechainc... Was charged $25 to fasten the fronnt two tire nuts and balance out the air in the four tires.
