Ripoff dishonest, uncooperative, useless, ripoff company

I purchased my car through Auto Locaters, Inc.in the middle of May, about one month later my SERVICE ENGINE SOON light came on. So of course with my car there is a 3 month, 3,000 mile warranty, which lists parts covered and part uncovered by the warranty. So I look on my list and check to see if the TWO parts I need for my ENGINE are on there. So I look and of course I do not see them listed on either lists. So then I call the dealership and get their voice mail. I leave one message, then two messages, then three messages, and I assume you get the hint here.

So I finally receive a phone call back saying that they are out of town and will get back to me when they come back into town. I found this suspicious since how could everyone in the dealership be out of town. So I let a few days go by and I call again. We are going into our second week now. I proceeds to leave another message on their machine telling me that the problem is still there and it needs to be fixed. So I get my phone call back and it is the gentleman who sold me my car telling me that the TWO parts I need for my ENGINE are not covered on the warranty because they are emission problems. I have not even had the car for 8 weeks and he adamantly refuses to fix my car or to even take a look at it. So I have been driving my car for two weeks with my engine light on waiting for these people to fix my car only to finally get a call back saying that won't even look at it.

I find these people to be dishonest and rude. When I purchased the car he told me to come back when anything with the car went wrong, and now that something did go wrong he wants to ignore me and then shove me aside. DO NOT EVER PURCHASE A CAR WITH THIS DEALERSHIP! So the moral of this story is I have to pay $300 for parts and God knows what for Labor on my nice new car that I haven't even had for 2 months yet.
