Bait & Switch Do not warranty work Ripoff

On 6/25 I brought my car to Just Brakes on 1678 Howell Mill Rd N. W Atlanta, GA 30318 (404) 367-0101. I ask about he 99.00 special including brakes pads. The manager states that they don't carry pads for a 2002 Hyundai Elantra after they dismantle my car... He quoted me a price of 89.00 for pads for the front and back pads. I authorized the work but, I though it was strange, that they didn't carry the pads for such a popular car. I called every Just Brake in The metro Atlanta Area every single one could not tell me the pads they carry in stock. I even tried switching up car models to see if they could given me answer to their commercials claim I heard on the radio. The commercials claims states that the repair include pads on most make and models. Per the conversations with all the stores I called they will not tell you what they have in stock or make and models. They lure people in then after, taking the customer care apart they claim not to carry the customer brake pads. They also do not honor their warranty if you don't have other repairs made that has nothing to do with the work they're doing to your vehicle.

I feel violated and deceived and I think its a public injustice to hard working people. On top of all that they didn't bleed the brake system once they changed the pad. Which any ASE certified person know is a part of brake repair which, I am certified mechanic. The refuse to bleed my brakes now when I brake my pedal go to the floor of the vehicle. I am sending this letter to every state, governmental and private consumer protection group who will listen and take action. I also have legal representation looking into the matter.
