Service Dept. - Abusive, Rude, Poor Customer Service

I currently own a 2005 Dodge Magnum RT (the most expensive model). I have been having problems with the "fly by wire" electronic gas pedal system. These problems caused a small "fender bender" on the rear bumper cover (about $550 to repair). This was not my fault, the car "jumped" when given a minor gas pedal input it accelerated unexpectedly in recerse. I learned through two different Dodge dealers (including Bob Dance) that this problem was a result of the computer needing an update. It is commonly referred to as a Flash update and is an easy fix.

The service manager told me two weeks ago that there was also an update out for the new Dodge Charger which shares the same Hemi engine as my vehicle. When confronted with this information yesterday the service manager was EXTREMELY rude and abusive and told me that I didn't know what I was talking about and that he never informed me of this information (calling me a liar). Long story short Bob Dance is now trying to cover their ass and deny that they provided me with information they should have kept quiet. I want Dodge to fix the body damage on my vehicle and I think the Service Dept. At Bob Dance needs a new manager and attitude adjustment. They also told me that they are not obligated to provide a "courtesy shuttle" to and from a customers home.in their own words... That's why it's called a "courtesy" shuttle. It takes some serious nerve to tell a customer that they don't deserve good service. Bob Dance could also use a lesson in the value of repeat happy customers.
