Ripoff massachusetts auto insurance refund unauthorized direct debit withdrawls

State Fund was notified in Aug'04 to cancel my Auto Policy. I no longer lived in Massachusetts & I've had coverage with my current provider (Esurance) since Aug'04 in New York State. State Fund, after being notified to cancel my policy, proceeded to continue withdrawing funds from an old checking account.

That account is now negative 100s of dollars b/c State Fund proceeded to deduct about $100/month until earlier this year, when my complaint was finally acknowledged.
I've since spoken with Christina Marshall & was assured that:

1 My address is updated in their system to my NYS address
2 A refund check for almost $900 was supposed to be on the way - this was months ago.

Since that time, I have received no refund check & have been unable to get a response from State Fund on this. Additionally, invoices seem to still be sent to my address in Franklin, MA 02038. Those statements indicate that I somehow owe them hundreds of dollars as of May11'05, which is certainly not possible.
