Ripoff, misleading, not honest, just misrepensenting in sales, fraudulent

On may 10th. I purchased a 1992 plymonth voyager, from public autosales. At 1751n. Cicero chicago il. 60639. On the day i purcased the van it started popping sounding like gun fire. And the cellarator pedal was broken. My brother william took it back. It need a tune up. Once fixed the tune up the pedal still was not. My brother taped it to get it back to the dealer ship. Also the transmission started leaking fluid. The sealent was broken, also i had to change the oil. It was thick, and black. I had to pay for it. Taking my daughter to her graduation, it started over heating and, smoking. And when i made a right turn the sturt was rubbing on the front right tire. Thi all happend in two week period. Now the van it sitting on the lot suppose to be fixed. It has been a week all ready.

I called the dealership to let them know i dont want the van any more. Can i have my money back. The guy said "no i cant.". I expressed to him i needed the van to drive my mother and, father to the doctors. And my small kids to school. I expressed to i did not want the van to stop on the express way, with them in it. The warrenty is up on the tenth of june. I put down the sum of $1100.00 on the van and suppose to pay the remainder of $1700 in instellments of $350.00 a month for six months. I was told if i was a day late it will be reposessd. So if you can help me get my money back. It will be appreciated.
