Sold me a car that was no good, claimed it only needed tune up and one tire replaced and some power steering fluid ripoff

Miscellaneous

I went to a car lot in tucker ga. Called stop and drive, it was a buy here pay here place. The salesman showed me cars and quoted a price and told me how much payments could possibly be. I filled out papers and got approved. I then told the salesman I needed a car that was more reasonable, I couldnt afford alot at this time. He called me back and told me to come look at some cars they had in the back. The first car he showed me was just pure trash. He then told me that another salesman had a car for sale. $850.00. The guy that owned the car took me for a ride. Everyone there said it was a good car. The salesman.

The salesman told me he drove it to work everyday, just needed tune up and 1 tire replaced and power steering fluid ocassionally. I paid the guy and told him I would come back later to pick it up. The man knew i had children and that i had to have a reliable vehicle. When i came back later that night to get car it would not stay cranked. My 16 yr old son had to put the car in neutral everytime i stopped and i had to push gas to keep it running. The next day i called him and told him and his response was that (i told u it needed a tune up.)

I then ask him to give me my money back. He said no, then proceeded to say i couldnt take the car back because i dont know what you did to it.

I took the car for a tune up to a mechanic shop in lawrenceville.

The mechanic did tune up and changed oil. Etc. Then told me to crank it. The power steering fluid was squirting on the manifild. Which could have started a fire. According to the mechanic. The mechanic wrapped hose so that i could get home. The next day i was on my way to the mechanic to replace hose. The car over heated. Turns out the fan motor wasnt working which ofcourse had to be fixed. The mechanic also told me that the car also needed a carburator. Thats why the cars keeps cutting off.

The guy also refuses to give me a title until i finish paying him, which in turn means i cant get the car registered in my name which means i cant get a tag. Of course the car has to have an emission and until the carburator is fixed i cant even get that. What a mess. What am i supposed to do.
