Installed an alarm that went off and killed car ignition when I was Driving Looked like I stole my own car Refused to refund or fix problem

I bought an alarm from audio express and after it was installed I was driving home and the alarm went off at a stop sign, I got out and tried to turn it off, but it has already killed the engine (which would not restart for 15 minutes!) what if a cop came along? I couldn't turn off the alarm for anything, it looked like I stole my own car! Then when I went back the next day they wouldnt even give me the time of day to see what the problem was, and NO REFUNDS! Bad bad business rippin off a girl!

And that one dollar intall, is really a dollar to install every individual screw and wire, its a joke.
