We realize that we have run late on a few payments but they call constantly even after you let them know you are running behind. They say they are going to "note the account" but you would never know it.

The worst was when they misplaced our payment into someone else's account. They called constantly even after recieving a fax of the cashed check from our bank. Thank goodness there was one man there with enough sence to look and see what happened. He even called back to let me know they were waving the fee {they didn't} and that our account was fixed. For some reason they still called for another couple of days.

It makes me angry that when you call or try and work out a problem they still can not get it right. We are now trying to finance with someone else.
