Ripoff I signed a contract

I purchased a Montero Sport 2000 @ $ 10,900.00 about 2 days ago and I spoke to a salesman there, his name is Joe.
This car was used and had about 45K milles, We went back to the Dealer joe called us to sign a new contrat and I called him (Joe) everything stay the same he said yes yes yes, no changes no changes. Send your wife I will take care dont worry about no change!!!
I send my wife she does not speak or read english but he said everything stay the same. When I came back from work she show me the paperwork from the dealer (O'brien mitsubishi in naples) and they change all the terms the interest rate, so I went from 10.25% to 18.25% and from 48 month to 60 month total $ 18.990.00.

Next morning we went to the dealer and joe send us with his general manager and he said your wife signed the contrat the car is yours get out of the dealer and take the car with you or I call the police on you, if you don't take the car with you I call my towing people and they wil take it back to your home.

Joe told my wife the contrat stay the same we change the name of the bank that is going to give you the loan.
