Chad car broke again told dont tow car there till i get servive appointment

On may 18. Was driving vehicle home at 10 pm. All vehicle warning lights came on. A few blocks later lost all electrical power including head lights. First thing on next morning called jd byrider to tell them vehicle is broke again. Talked to chad. Told him what was goin on. And that this is 4 th time vehicle is broke and I don't want it repaired I want a different vehicle. This vehicle is unsafe and unreliable. His reply was I have to wait till Monday morning for service appointment to do anything about the car. I called later that afternoon to see about having vehicle towed to byrider. I spooky to a Jessica from service, she replied not to tow vehicle there unless I had a service appointment. Told her I would need a loaner car, she said they don't give loaner cars. This is my families only vehicle. I've lost so much work cause it is always broke down. What can I do about this? Is there no justice against thieves anymore.
