Did not deliver what is promised for a top notch job RIPOFF

We arranged to have our vintage TR3 painted and selected the top job, described as three coats or paint, overcoat and comnplete cleanup of the car. When we went to pick up the car, the interior was filthy and the exterior was covered with dust. The manager said that he was not required to "detial" the car and refused to let us drive it away until we paid the full priace.

Repeated letters to national Earl Schieb headquarters were ignored. The BBB said they could do nothing about this.

We had heard that Early Scheib was financially on the ropes, and this kind of treatment explains why.
