Ripoff bad service poor quality parts the manager lied not good service technicians

Took our car in for a brake job. 6,000 miles later we had to take it somewhere else for a new one. Meineke did not stand behind there work. The service technicians are not qualified to do a good job. They didn't replace the right parts to make the job last and perform correctly. The parts they used to do the job were very poor quality and they claimed that they were premium parts. That's a laugh. Their service warranty sucks. Their distict manager lied right to our face when we asked for his boss name and number. Claimed that he is the only boss. Oh then you must be John Meineke not John Tardio we said. Did not want to refund us our money for the new brake job we had to have done at another place of business. We would not recommend this company to anyone that needs car care.
