Late fee still on statement and intrusive questions on call

Drive sucks!!!

I have been billed a late fee since 10, which was the first late payment my loan has ever received. To this day my monthly statement still shows a late fee of $16.38. I called today to inquire about the late fee. Before I could get out the reason for my call, I was bombarded with questions: name, Social, vehicle, locate, mileage.

Anna told me that the statements are behind and that I don't really have a late fee, and that it might take some time for the statement to reflect the correct payment amount. I find that very strange. After reading all the horror stories on this site, I know I need to get this car paid off ASAP! "DRIVE," get rid of the bootleg system and catch up with the rest of the world!
