Called, inquired, ordered, paid for two '99 Dodge 2" dually wheel spacers. I was given specs and advice for the adapters so I ordered them based on what I was told. I also ordered two aluminum wheels to fit these adapters based on their advice.

Almost two weeks had passed and I called to check on my order status. I was told that they had been shipped, but they would need to check on delivery date/tracking status and would call me back. Nearly three hours later, no call. I returned the call to Stockton wheel - they told me that they were a little behind but the adapters had been shipped.

I emailed one week later to inquire about my order and was told that the adapters were not available. I asked about the wheels I had ordered to use with the adapters and I was told "sorry"."Rob" was not helpful whatsoever and pretty much wrote me off. Their work ethics really suck and they left me holding the ball. Rob's reply was pretty much, we don't have it, can't get it, sorry... This is piss-poor work ethics.

When a business sells you a product and gives you explicit instructions on what additional items to buy, they should stand behind their word. They left me with a pair of wheels that I could not use. As luck would have it, I found another company that will custom build the parts I need to use the wheels I ordered. But this is no reason to let Stockton Wheel off the hook.
