Lakeshore wheels and tires Sent wrong wheels: makes me pay shipping both ways. $260

Do not do business with Lakeshore Wheel and tire or now it is called Tulip City Wheels.
This business is a joke, I bought (4) 18x8 50et Sport Techno Reps wheels AND tires from them. On their website a couple days after I buy them the picture has changed to some other wheel but its still under the same model number I bought. They send me only three wheels, the 4th is on its way today and idk if I should refuse it, and they were the completely WRONG wheel, they were 5 spoke twisted and an offset of 54, which will not fit with the adapters I just bought for the 50mm wheels. So the adapters were $209. The wheels were $1100, Shipping ONE way is $129.73 and he wants me to pay shipping both ways to return them, so im out $260 for their mistake.
