I purchased a vehicle from Calcars, yes thankfully only one! Needless to say, about three weeks after I purchased the vehicle I had to replace the Alternator.
About six weeks after that I had to replace the water pump. Eventually, things changed in my family and I was forced to stop making payments on the car. CalCars initally would not come and get it, but after I schooled their "finance comapany" on how a car lot is supposed to work, they said "that is not how we do things". I have a theory that the "finance company" is nothing but a bunch of noboby's trying to "act" like enforcers. They finally did come get the car and I have been told that it is at the car lot I purchased it from.
They are threatening to garnish my wages. What I want to know is, HAS ANYONE ACTUALLY BEEN TAKEN TO COURT BY THESE FOOLS? I have a settlement on the table with them, but I don't know if I even want to give them the satisfaction of taking my hard earned money for a vehicle they still have not auctioned off. If you have been in my shoes, please give me some advice, and please NO EMPLOYEES!
