Rip-off! I didn't give them any money, didn't take the car and didn't want the car but they're threatening to garnish my wages for it

I went Down to CalCars on 9-13-04 and i got financed for a car I was unsure about. I was to put $300.00 down. I didnt put any money down. I left the car on their lot I left. The next day told them I didn't want the car he said to bad you own it now. The total price of that car for a 1993 Chevy Cavalier us 5024.65.

On Thursday the 16 of Sept I went up to give them the keys he said that he didn't want the keys the car was mine they wasn't gonna repo it but they was gonna garnish my wages from my check I told him I'd stop them he said you cant I said watch me and walked out he told me to get the car off there lot. I told him I found out my DL had been suspended and i couldnt get the car. He said they could still sell me the car and i just couldnt Drive it. What would i want with a car I cant drive?

The Seat was broken. He told me that i'll remember the name CalCArs for the next 83 weeks. Well as my response to that: NO... CAlCARS Will Remember My name Till The next Life time. The N.A.D. A bool value on that car is 779.00 hardly close to what they want.
