Nevada Acceptance/and What Ever Finance Co. They Claim To Have! Ripoff fake finance Co

I bought a 1990 Dodge Caravan from the Indianapolis store. Two days after driving the transmission wouldn't shift out of first gear. I called to let them know and to find out what they can do, and was told it's my problem. This was in April when I got the van, I found that all the motor mounts had to be replaced, I did that. It helped for a while but I kept hearing a lot of grinding and whinning coming from the transmission.

I have bought 3 or 4 cars from them, I've been a good customer in good standing and now they leave me hanging. We moved to Ohio with it but now it won't move at all. And to add my wife also bought a car from them in her name only, I didn't sign any paper work for it. And they try to tell me that they will take her car too if I don't make a payment.

Well I'm not making any more payments and they can try to take her car if they want but they better keep in mind that my wife can sue them if they do, because they are totally diffrent accounts, as long as she makes payments there is nothing they can do. And what's with this fake finance Co. At first they claim to finance through Nevada acceptance Co. And then they say they don't go through them. Now I have someone from no other, Rockford, Ill. (which is where Calcars is headquarted) claiming to be a finance Co. For Calcars.

Calcars is Buy here-Pay here that's why the customers pay weekly at the car lot. And when we moved to Ohio they said they would transfer our account, well that still has not happend. Why, because they don't want to pay the Ohio sells tax for the transfer. If they go through a finance Co. Why can't they do a transfer, because they are not a finance Co. They are BUYHERE-PAYHERE.
