Ripoff, harrassing, not reporting correctly to credit bureau, and pay off not right

They have continued to harrass me even after the late payment was made on my car which was financed 12/03. Also, my pay off is more than what was originally in my contract. When I requested a payment history they did not want to give it to me. I am open for a lawsuit and looking to stand with others onthis company.
