Harassment after late payment, wrong payoff amount and no payment history

They have continued to harass me even after the late payment was made on my car which was financed 12/03. Also, my pay off is more than what was originally in my contract. When I requested a payment history they did not want to give it to me. I am open for a lawsuit and looking to stand with others on this company.
