Ripoff, lied, misled to take the trip

At approximately 2:00pm February 8. I received a phone call from Chris Ray who represented Carloan.com who said that he got some great news for me about my car loan and for me to return his call as soon as possible. I did not recall giving him any information but called anyways because I was in the market. So I called him.

At first when I called they said that he was busy. But I told them that he just called me. They asked me to hold for a second. Then he came on. Telling me that I needed to take his loan officer verification of income. Proof of Insurance and a utility bill to his loan officer. When he said all of this I explained to him that I already have a loan pending with Chase Bank and they are offering 18% interest on a loan of upto $15,000.00. And that I already have a auto in mind but am really looking for a new vehicle. He said for me not to sign with Chase because they could beat there rate and possibly put me into a new vehicle today.

Well saving money on interest and getting my cake as well I took the deal. So I drove 32 miles one way there. Needless to say that when I got there they had to do another application there and came back with a $4000.00 down payment and 24.5% interest. And I had to wait approximatly 45 minutes before that decision was made. Nothing absolutly nothing as we agreed upon as we spoke there.

The people there at Montrose Auto Sales had a very poor selection in vehicles in my opinion. And was just very unprofessionalism. I had a very negative aspect in there company. I turned down work to go there. Which cost me money. Mine and my family time was spent waiting to hear nothing but lies from there companies.
