Car needed new motor and head gasket, still no title

I purchased my car in the middle of July and have had several problems, including car repairs (new motor, no heat, no air, window won't roll up), and I can't get the car tagged. I brought the car into the Harrison location several times to fix it, only to be told the mechanic was unavailable. The car started to overheat and would stop in the middle of driving, etc. After the warranty agreement that I paid $375 for expired, they then said someone could look at my car. They had the car only one day and called me to come and get it with my payment.

I got down there and the car was not fixed. The head gasket needed to be fixed for $1000. They would pay half. One week later, I called to check on the car and was told even "bigger" problems were found and they needed to put in a whole new motor. They had already started on it without my permission. They said it would cost $2200, and they would tack it on to the end of my loan with them, and they wanted $450.00. Later I got my car back. Still no heat. I still have no title to get tags for my car. I am looking at a $150.00 late fee from the DMV because of late filing, which I am told Car-Mart should have to pay.
