Tim Ferguson ripoff! Final bill exceeded estimate by over $900.00!

On behalf of my wife and daughter, I filed an action against Tim Ferguson of AAMCO in Harrisonburg, Virginia, gave a verbal estimate for transmission repairs of $1,262.00. The final Invoice was for $2,172.77 or over $900.00 above the estimate.

My action was under the Laws of Commerce (non-Judicial) instead of using corrupt Attornies and Maritime Courts. All Judges, Courts, Attornies, governments and agencies thereof have an inherent obligation to uphold the Laws of Commerce which are International in scope and cannot be over-ridden by anyone.

The Rockingham County, Virginia County Attorney and the County Sheriff both obstructed justice by inaction and a run-around, refusing to recover the car (now stolen property held by Tim Ferguson at AAMCO) as directed by us. The matter in now in the hands of the DMV/State Police Criminal Investigation Department which has assured us of resolution and the return of our property. An up-date will be posted here, shortly.
