Knowingly took my 16 year olds 275.00 and now no part

On 12-29 $275.00 was taken out of my acct. After my son ordered a bumper cover for his 1994 buick park avenue ultra. They are very hard to find. The part was to be delivered within 10 days. It is now jan. 26 and no part. I have tried 19 times to contact the company and get voicemails with promises they will call back. I did speak with a steve once who seemed honest enough. He promised he would return my call the next day after speaking with john to get me a tracking number. Needless to say no call. I have tries 6 times since then and have been hung up on. I wonder how this man (john) would like it if his family were treated this way. My son worked many hours for that 275.00 and is very disappointed at 16 sitting at home with no car. I will be speaking to my brother in law this morning who is an atty. Tosee about getting my son's money back. It was taken frm my debit card so i'm also going to the bank. Please if you read these, do yourself a BIG FAVOR and DON'T use this company. I cannot see how anyone with a concience could run a company this way.
