Stay Clear of Fadico Inc / AAMCO in Vienna They forged my name on a repair order!

After telling the dealer I needed to know what the worst case scenario would be to repair my slipping transmission and being told approximately $2200; They come up with a $4500 estimate! I am then told I need to now pay $895 for the estimate if I don't get it repaired. After calling AAMCO corporate and complaining, they told me he received my authorization on the estimate fee, when I asked for proof they faxed me an obviously forged signature! And Get this, it was on a date when I wasn't even in the state.

After telling Corporate about this they said there was nothing else they can do.

So it is now over 2 months and they still have my car. I have contacted the Common Wealth's Attorneys office to press charges and was told to first file a civil case and then press criminal charges so... It is off to court.

Stay as far away from this AAMCO as possible!

Even the authorities tell me he knows what he is doing and needs to be shut down.
