Contaminated diesel

On April 27 at 9:21 am pacific time, I was on my way to work and stopped at the Maverick fuel station at 4206 E. Day MT Spokane road, Mead, WA 99021 to fill my 2004 F-250 diesel truck up and head to work. I filled my truck with Diesel and headed my work to work, I was at work for 4 hours and then headed home about 15 miles and as soon as I pulled in to my drive way my motor seized up on me. I resent had my truck services and everything was running in tip top shape! I love my truck!! When my motor seized thankfully in my drive way to my home, I immediately shut her off and tried to trouble shoot with a mechanic over the phone at Ford. Mechanic said its a fuel related issue. I stated I just filled it up with 25 gallons @ 2.27 a gallon. He said it sounds like you have bad diesel. So I hung up with him and call Maverick. Spoke to the shif supervisor and said my motor seized after my fill up at your satiation. I was called a B*itch and hung up on. So that really fired me up!! I was mad!! I just wanted to know when their ground tanks had been tested and filled up. She refused to talk to me. So my next call was to their headquarters in Utah. They were helpful.. Kinda.. I was told I had to pay for the repairs and then MAYBE they would take care of it and it would be best if I called my auto insurance. So I called my auto insurance and they got my truck towed to a shop and had it diagnosed.. The finding shocked me... The shop said your have gasoline in your diesel. And potential that we have to replace your motor. So thankfully my auto insurance company is going to cover it but I don't think they should be the responsible party.. MAVERICK SOULD BE REPLACING MY MOTOR. My receipt says diesel and I had gasoline in it.. Needless to say I won't be purchasing any fuel there..
