Oil filter not attached, engine seized, no rental car

An inexperienced NTB technician failed to properly attach the oil filter on my car when I got an oil change and as a result my engine seized and my car is destroyed. They are refusing to provide me a rental car while their insurance company tries to figure it out. It has been 7 days and nothing has been done. Service is abysmal, accountability non-existent. A terrible company that has no idea the impact that their failures have on the lives of their customers. Do not trust this place to do anything, even the simplest of tasks.
