Still Receiving Xtreme Nitro After Cancelling, Want Refund

I keep receiving Xtreme Nitro in the mail. I called months ago to cancel this!

You are still mailing me these. I now have 5 unopened. I want an address to mail these back and I want to be fully reimbursed. You have been charging me $75.97 each, that's $397.85. I want this paid back by check and not directly to my bank account. Stop messing with my bank account. This is the worst case I have ever had purchasing online.
