Bosch microwave arrived damaged and pickup refused

Despite the "not charging my account until product ships" statement, which is breach #1, and stating the product is "in stock" (breach #2), it arrived damaged (#3) and they refused to pick it up (#4).

Only after I put a hold on my credit card did they agree to pick it up and refund my money. Brick and mortar for me from now on.
