Left flowers on doorstep with no attemp to contact homeowner - Florists

On December 24th sometime after 3:00 my order was left on the front doorstep of my delivery address with no attempt to contact the home resident. This is embarrassing for your company and embarrassing for me as I chose to use your service. There was no attempt to even call the resident of the house as she was home and had the cell phone with her the whole time!
