Dominoes bad customer care - Pizza

I order at dominoes on Rainer and McClellan in Seattle Washington. I ordered a hand tost pizza with steak and pineapple with white sauce. I ended up getting a burned up overcooked pepperoni pizza with pineapple and tamatoe sauce. I don't eat pork. So I called back to tell them the problem and the person on the phone was laughing. So he tells me they will send out another one. I wait one hour and call back to see where the pizza was a ladie tells me the computer said there never was one that was suppose to be coming to me. So I'm on the phone for over 30 minutes going back and forth and the employee was berry disrespectful. I asked to talk to a manager and that did no help. When I asked him what he was going to do about it he said he would talk to her. I said so you get paid just to do a half of job and he tells me no I get paid to back up my employees. That's the last time ill order at that dominoes. The customer is always right. I a spreading the word to everyone I know not to go to this dominoes ever. My email is tcwright@mail.com
