Very bad customer service for online delivery

For the past few times I have ordered online from Jollibee, I get the first email indicating that I have placed an order. However I never receive the second email which confirms that the order has been confirmed. I try calling 87000 to follow-up my order, but there are almost always no available agents. The last time, I finally got through to an agent (after 30 minutes of waiting), and she referred me to another number, saying that they don't entertain online order inquiries. Take note that 87000 was the phone number indicated in the email and in the online delivery site, and even though I pointed this out, they still would not entertain my inquiry. When I tried calling the other number, I waited for 15 minutes, after which I got disconnected with the message "Leaving chat".
Very nice service Jollibee! No confirmation email to indicate whether your order will arrive or not. Unapologetic customer service. And unreachable online delivery hotline number. Thanks a lot!
