I would like to express my sincere gratitude to your local office in Ottawa. I cannot express well enough the exceptional service they gave me last week. The phone sales person assisted me and cared for my needs over and beyond my expectations. I received exactly what I described to her and the delivery came in time. I was making a surprise for my friends on their return from the honeymoon trip and purchased a strawberry cake and assorted roses to keep some romance over their home. I%u2019m left very pleased, and I know my friends will be happy in receiving gifts again from Bloomex. Take care ;-)
