Never use from you flowers - not delivered - flowers ordered for my daughters wedding NOT delivered

I ordered flowers to be delivered to my daughter the day before her wedding. Something for her to enjoy n a very stressful day. She NEVER received them. I received to voicemails from young men that did not state the company they were calling from only please call 1 said due to a delivery issues. No hours of operations. I work until at least 10 PM. Tonight I see an email they were unable to reach me nor fulfill my order. Customer services issues me a whole 15 credit. This covers the fee to have them delivered the next day! 4 days late! NEVER order anything from here for a special occasion! Worst customer service EVER!
