AutoAssure Deceptive Trade Practices - Extended Vehicle Service Plan

This company "sells" extended warranty's for automobiles. They are deceptive and do not pay when claims are submitted. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY! Customer Service says its the Claims company and Claims says its the Customer Service. If you enjoy getting the "run-around" then you'll enjoy working with this company on claims you submit. They are very unethical and full of bad business practices. I've canceled my policies with them and I urge everyone who has a policy with them to cancel theirs and get you money back before its to late. Both times I've submitted a claim its been denied for "normal wear and tear" — that's why cars break down... That's why they tell you you need their "protection" but they never pay. Both times I've submitted a claim my mechanics were so frustrated with them they refussed to deal with the company. This company if BAD NEWS — run as far away as you can from them — don't purchase their policies becuse they are not worth the paper they are printed on!
