Stephen fort claims director safe guard warranty sells policy"s at premium but fails to honor claims

Safe guard warranty sells all types of automotive ins the one in question is tire and wheel, this policy is sold by car dealers for customers willing to have ins on their tires and rims which is expensive. Should they need service they can service their vech at a repair facility of their choice. We have been doing business with this company for several years servicing their customers, they just decided we can no longer process claims on their behalf, their reason being we are bad for business and our claim ratio is high i always beleived weare in the repair business. We dont sell the policy's we just take care of customer's who have it and who need service on their tires. It seems safeguard warranty is willing to sell warranty's but not prepared to honor claims or let certain repair facility's process claims. This company should be investigated who are they to decide who can submit claims and who cant. I'am sure they would be happy if no one submitted claims but just keep pushing warranty's they are the one's who are bad for business ripping off consumer's and preventing indepedent repair shops to make a living.
