Trucking stuck me for about $5000.00

To make a long story short, after waiting WELL OVER 45 days from the end of our lease with them, after hounding them to get a final settlement. I finally got a sheet of paper with all kinds of crazy deductions on it, including $600.00 they claim to have given my driver as a loan? Over $2000.00 for a tag!

And about half a dozen other questionable deductions. This was in October, when I started trying to contact Jay Reesor, asking for documented proof of these deductions, Jay refused to talk to me. I went to his office, and asked him to his face about the information and his exact words to me were "I don't care as far as I am concerned I am through with you, call my lawyer" I have called his lawyer, and he heard what I had to say and said he would get back to me in about a week, well that was over a month ago.

Jay and his crew will always come up with some excuse to bad mouth the owner operators, and keep their money. We followed all the rules in the contract, they have $1525.00 escrow money from me plus all the other deductions they came up with. I have everything documented, so anyone can feel free to contact me to see it for themselves. My best advice to Go Trans is clean up your practices. Advice to owner operators... If you want to make any money... Stay away!!!
