Cannot get them to stop taking money from my account. I have never used them

I tried to contact them in November. Spoke with someone and was told that they would stop the deductions. Do not remember how I was able to contact them, but was told that I originally had 30 days to cancel. I saw the sight on-line but never went back on it. My mistake. However, after explaining this to them, was promised that the deductions would stop. This is now May, and they are still taking out the deductions.
