Dual Mass Flywheel - mondeo flywheel

I purchased a 2010 mondeo titanium x 60,000 miles on clock. The dual mass flywheel has just failed. At first Ford told me not to make it public, they then decided it was just one of those things. Does anyone agree that a three year old car, just out of warranty by a couple of months is just part and parcel of buying a Ford. Everyone be aware that Ford customer service has gone down the pan. Having purchased 17 fords in the past i will be taking my business to a more reliable manufactorer. Good riddance...
