Wrong Order, Make it right

Curious to know what service levels anyone is receiving from Easy Meals?

I have had a terrible time trying to get hold of them via phone and when I finally speak to someone I can't get a resolution to my issue of being sent 11 times more meals than I agreed to have delivered.

I agreed to one payment of $61.66 and received an invoice for $732!
NOW I am being told I will have to pay for the freight to return the meals or they will forward my details to the Debt Collectors...
