I purchase the extended warranty on my F-150 when I both it from my lease option, Warranty good up to 90.000 , my truck currently at 80.000. I take my truck in for an oil change and they told me that my rt control arm was bad and need replace. The cost to me $320.00. At the time I didn't have the money so 8 month later I get it fix. So what do you know Ford call me an ask if I would like to extend my warranty so I wouldn't be out of pocket. The sale man told me of the work I had done and that again if I get the warranty I wouldn't come out of pocket. I told him they charge me for the control arm, they aloud me to drive my f-150 with a dangerous front end for 8 month than charge me for a part that was under warranty. I call Mullinax Ford East in Euclid Ohio and with little concern I'm still wating for an responds. This would be the second time that they charge me for warranty service and parts.
