Overcharge on car rental not as per the contract - AVIS car rental, Milan

I submitted 2 complaints may 2oth and june 3rd 2013 regarding rental contracts 30484514AU4 and 30091403 which totalled AUD$825.90 but i was charged $952.93 a difference of $127.53... It is now the 21st of june, a month later and still no reply. If i do not get someone to pay attention to this overcharge i will take the matter to the fair trading people... You people are good at the give-me give-me but when it comes to fixing your stuff-ups you run away and hide... Get off your lazy ass fellas
